POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various recruiting goals across all levels throughout Complete Care facilities and corporate office.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; partnering with hiring managers; posting all open positions. Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by updating open positions and candidate flow, tracking new applicants, updating hiring managers on candidate status, and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the process.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications and having active conversations with candidates.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; making cold calls; contacting recruiters when needed; and utilizing job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Utilizes ATS for posting positions and managing applicant flow (interviews, offers, collect documents and licenses/certifications, etc.).
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Evaluates applicants by interviewing, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements; discuss the qualifications with the hiring manager to determine potential steps.
  • Develops cooperative and constructive working relationships with others and maintains them over time.
  • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; and conducting training.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing departmental and organizational standards and goals.
  • May perform other HR duties as needed

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Possess the ability to read and understand information and ideas in written and spoken words.
  • Proficient computer skills to include MS Office products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
  • High comfort level in communicating others on the phone and in person.
  • Strong work ethic, high personal standards, and great multitasker.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Recruitment or similar Human Resource function.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent skills utilizing Social Media, networking, and SEOs.
