We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager that will be able to develop and execute a launch and support plan for a new subscription business model. After launch, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development of tools, processes, and goals for customer adoption with the help of regional customer success teams.

As A PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, you will:

  • Create a global launch plan that includes sales forecasts, application targets, and product training
  • Work with finance, operations, and sales to align the order entry process and establish product structures
  • Work with IT and legal teams on licensing, entitlement, and agreement frameworks
  • Conduct market research to establish value-based pricing and determine appropriate pricing models and strategies across customer segments
  • Create a customer adoption program with sales guides, templates, and incentives for customer adoption and sales channel success
  • Develop strategies, tools, and processes for a global customer success team that enables customers to realize continuous value from their software products.
  • Conduct usability studies to understand how to improve the user experience
  • Assist in establishing and prioritizing a roadmap of enhancement projects

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Technical acumen for working with software technologies
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret customer needs into functional specifications and user stories
  • Communication skills to comfortably work with a variety of stakeholders across the organization including executive management, decision-makers, developers, testers, and project managers

Education / Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
  • 3 years of experience in roles with a marketing, sales, or project management focus.
  • Must be able to travel 10%

Education / Experience preferred:

  • MBA is preferred.
