Product Lead

ElevationHR is looking for a Product Lead to join our Digital Delivery Team located in Houston, Texas.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Build and expand a rapidly growing product organization within the company
• Define strategic direction for product alongside peers to set strategic direction for product
• Define and develop a strong product culture that focuses on continuous innovation, testing, and learning
• Leads product team to build, own, and execute the product roadmap
• Manages communication with the executive team to achieve organizational alignment on key product efforts
• Evaluate process and organizational bottlenecks and determine opportunities to constantly improve efficiency
• Evaluate data from various sources to holistically understand and determine improvements in product performance
• Design, develop, and determine the next iteration of product strategy with engineering and design
• Define and align key product metrics to track portfolio performance with leadership
• Design the programmatic workflow for product governance
• Facilitate recruitment and development of the PM team

Education:  

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent qualification from an accredited college or university

Experience:

• Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in product management and three (3) years leading, developing, and mentoring high-performing product teams
